Positions

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client goals.

- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) in alignment with BACB and Department of Health supervision standards.

- Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.

- Monitor client progress through data analysis and make program modifications as needed.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech, OT, PT) to support generalization of skills.

- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure consistent implementation across environments.

- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

- Adhere to all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and DOH and relevant state licensing boards.

- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) / Licensed assistant Behavioral Analyst (LaBA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)

- Develop and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a BCBA / LBA

- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs, ensuring treatment integrity

- Monitor client progress by collecting and analyzing data

- Make data-informed recommendations for treatment modifications in collaboration with the supervising BCBA

- Participate in caregiver training and support generalization of skills across settings

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and session notes

- Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and applicable state licensure regulations

- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions regularly

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based techniques

- Implement individualized treatment plans as developed and supervised by a BCBA / LBA

- Collect, record, and summarize data on target behaviors and skill acquisition

- Assist with teaching functional skills (e.g., communication, daily living, social skills)

- Follow behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors in a safe, compassionate manner

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

- Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions

- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to ensure quality of care

- Support generalization of learned skills across different environments and people
